Shipping Domestic

Domestic and APO orders will be shipped either via USPS First Class Package/Retail Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

USPS First Class Package/Retail Ground includes tracking but offers no insurance. Orders weighing less than 1 pound will be shipped via USPS First Class Package. Orders weighing 1 pound and greater will be shipped via USPS Retail Ground. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Transit times are typically 3 to 8 days for shipping inside the contiguous 48 states. These times may vary if there are postal service problems that are beyond Argent Rose Studios control.

USPS Priority Mail includes tracking and $50 insurance. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Transit times are typically 2 to 3 days for shipping inside the contiguous 48 states. These times may vary if there are postal service problems that are beyond Argent Rose Studios control. 

Expedited Priority Express shipping is available for an additional fee and includes tracking and $100 insurance. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Transit times are typically 1 to 2 days, arriving by 3 pm, for shipping inside the contiguous 48 states,  

A confirmation email will be sent when your order has been received. When your order has shipped, you will receive another email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping International

Note: due to Covid-19, some restrictions may apply.  

International shipping is available to most countries.  We also offer APO priority shipping. International orders ship USPS First Class Package International.  Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Due to the limitations of our e-commerce platform, calculated rates for international shipping may not be accurate. Contact us before placing your order for a more accurate estimate for shipping rates.

International shipping transit times can vary greatly depending on the destination. These times may also vary if there are postal service problems that are beyond Argent Rose Studios control.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. Argent Rose Studios is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of item. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the original item. Replacement items will be sent for exchanges and refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 1 to 3 business days. Credit processing time varies by financial institution and may take up to two weeks for the credit to appear on the purchaser’s account.

Please note the following:

•   Returned items must be undamaged with no visible signs of wear or use.

•   Shipping charges for Returned items will be deducted from the refund amount.

•   Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanged items.

•   Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If we make a mistake in your order, resulting in the need for an exchange, we will make it right and will pay the shipping for the return of the incorrect item and the shipping for the replacement item.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

•   Send us a message through the “Contact Us” page. Put ”Return” and your order number in the subject line.

•   Let us know the item(s) you wish to return or exchange from your order and the reason.

•   Use the original packaging to re-pack the item(s).

•   Return the item(s) to us through USPS.

•   Once we receive your return, we will verify that the item(s) is (are) undamaged and unused.

•   You will receive an email when we receive the item(s), and another when we issue the refund or exchange.

•   Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 1 to 3 business days.

(Please be aware that the processing time may vary by financial institutions and the credit may take up to two weeks to appear on your account.)

•   Replacement products will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. 

•   Shipping charges for returned items will be deducted from the refund amount.

•   Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanged items.

If the return/exchange is due to an error on our part:

•   Follow the first three steps for initiating a return or exchange (above).

•   We will send you a prepaid shipping label by email.

•   Print and attach the prepaid shipping label to send the items back to us through USPS.

For exchanges:

•   As soon as we are notified that your return has shipped we will send the replacement item(s) (usually within 1 day).
